  14.      The iissuuppppeerr() function tests for any upper­case letter or any of an im­
  15.      plementation­defined set of characters for which none of iscntrl(3),
  16.      isdigit(3),  ispunct(3),  or isspace(3) is true.  In the _`_`_C_'_' locale,
  17.      iissuuppppeerr() returns true only for the characters defined as upper­case let­
  18.      ters.

  21.      The iissuuppppeerr() macro returns zero if the character tests false and returns
